"owning a good saw comes with experience and I hope you will take advantage of my reviews!"
Before we start here, let me introduce myself. My name is John. I worked in residential construction with my dad since I was 15 years old. After over 30 years of experience and using many different power tools, I learned that a good tool will always make your job easy and gain you a good quality work. And when you do a good quality work, your clients will always trust you and more improbability you get to proudly tell everyone that you have done this work. This also applies to do-it-yourself (DYI) personalities that like to get busy and remodel their kitchen, bathroom, or simply put up a new deck in their back yard and invite their friends over for barbeque. So, I have put together my experience and knowledge to point out which compound miter saw will best fit you.
Here are my miter saw reviews and my top 3 choices:
#1 Choice:
Hitachi C10FCE2 10-Inch Compound Miter SawHitachi C10FCE2 |
Review:
This is a great budget friendly saw. So, if you got some small
project coming up such as bathroom remodeling or kitchen remodeling and you have to do some framing and putting up
baseboard or crown molding then this will fit in just perfect. This saw is very
smooth and accurate and that’s what you want to do an outstanding finish work
and cut into even toughest wood like Brazilian Walnut. This will make a great
gift!
#2 Choice:
DEWALT DWS780 12-Inch Double Bevel Sliding Compound Miter SawDEWALT DWS780 |
Review:
You can use this saw anywhere for any purpose. This is contractor’s
choice period. You can own this now and 20 years down the road, it will still be one
of the top saw you could own. I personally use this on daily basis on high end
jobs and the results are always great. You can use this saw to frame a new
house all the way to put up trim around those Cherry cabinets.
#3 Choice:
Bosch 5312 12-Inch Dual Bevel Slide Compound Miter SawBosch 5312 |
Review:
If you are fan of Bosch then don’t look any further because
this saw is one of the best saw this company could design and build. This is
much more like previous choice (DEWALT DWS780) as far as functionality and you
could use it in variety of projects. This saw will give you good and reliable results.
